The 2026 Men’s Doubles Captains Interest form will be released on Wednesday, January 28th. This form should be submitted by captains only; if you intend to co-captain a team, you will be added once rosters open. Please submit only one form per team.
The form will be available on the website starting January 28th. Please note that the team roster minimum has changed to 12 players. You must have a complete team of at least 12 players before submitting the form. Do not submit the Captains Interest form if you are still in the process of building a team.
Once registered, all captains will receive a Player Roster form to submit. Captains remain responsible for posting all team rosters to Pickleball.com.
