Team Requirements
To be eligible to submit a Captain Interest Form, prospective captains must have a roster of at least 12 players. Captains may determine their final roster size.
Please ensure your roster meets the minimum player requirement before submitting your interest form.
Submission Guidelines
- Only one Captain Interest Form should be submitted per team to avoid confusion during the registration process.
- If you plan to co-captain a team, you will be added during the roster-building process.
- Please do not submit the form if you are still in the process of building your team.
- Captains are encouraged to submit their forms as soon as possible.
